At E.P. Carrillo, we believe in the artistry of cigar making. Our new Sumatra blend is the first in the Essence Series, designed to highlight the importance of a premium wrapper in a cigar blend. This medium-bodied masterpiece is crafted at the renowned Casa Carrillo factory in the Dominican Republic, featuring an Ecuador Sumatra wrapper, a double binder of Nicaraguan and Honduran tobaccos, and a rich mix of fillers from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic.

The winds play a very important role when growing tobacco.  The winds tell us when the best time to grow and where the best places to grow tobacco.  When we looked through history, we found the Greeks understood the importance of wind as well.
